Koroks are small creatures that looks like small tree stumps, with a leaf for a face. They live in the Forest Haven, with the Great Deku Tree. In earlier ages, they lived in the Forbidden Forest, but it became too dangerous for them to live there.
The Koroks are small, timid beings. They're very light, and can fly with the assistance of a leaf from the Great Deku Tree.
Every year, the Koroks hold a ceremony with song and music, so that the Great Deku Tree will grow seeds and allow the forests to keep growing. The Koroks take these seeds and fly off to other islands to grow trees there.
